Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join the QC team. In this role, you will support the testing and analysis of various samples to ensure the quality and safety of biopharmaceutical products. Your work will be vital to maintaining high standards throughout the manufacturing process of cutting-edge cell therapies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct testing on raw materials and final products, including complex biological samples
- Review and interpret test results accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the cleanliness and organisation of lab space
- Assist with waste management and other laboratory duties as required
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols, given the sensitive nature of the products
- Support ongoing calibration and routine maintenance of testing instruments

Requirements
- MBO or HBO qualification in Analytical (Bio)Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with 1-3 years of QC experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology, biochemical testing, and analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, ddPCR, or western blotting
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLPs, and relevant regulatory standards for pharmaceutical testing and validation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and national holidays
