Functie Lead the IT category at enterprise level by setting strategy, priorities, and governance across complex technology sourcing domains. Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and transformation leaders, influencing sourcing decisions early in the lifecycle. Drive commercial excellence by leading complex negotiations, vendor strategies, and value delivery in regulated environments. Define and execute an enterprise-wide IT category strategy aligned with digital and cloud transformation. Deliver measurable commercial value through cost optimisation, demand management, and contract restructuring. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with global technology vendors and system integrator Profiel Master's degree level in a relevant field such as business, economics, or technology. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or strategic vendor management. Senior-level experience within financial services or another regulated industry. Proven experience with enterprise IT categories such as cloud platforms, software, and infrastructure. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale digital or technology transformation programs. Strong track record in leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations. Experience developing vendor and category strategies in complex global organisations. Experience working in large, complex organisations with multiple senior stakeholders. Fluent English, written and verbal.
