The ideal profile of candidate will have upwards of 6 PQE in Structured Finance and very strong experience of leading on securitisation fundings involving NAV facilities, ABL facilities and securitised and corporate funding. They will work at a leading UK or US law firm and have a strong appetite for business development and practice growth.
