Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

<p> Dove &amp; Hawk are working in partnership with an independent property consultancy with expansion plans in place for this year. They are in the process of hiring a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with at least 3 years&#8217; PQE for the office based in Central London.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>Duties/Functions of the role:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Conducting a variety of services: Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and Party Wall matters.</li> <li>Providing advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients; predominantly commercial, with a degree of retail, residential and mixed-use investments &amp; development work.</li> <li>Growing and managing client relationships.</li> <li>Developing and assisting with the mentoring of junior team members.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>Requirements of the role:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Chartered Status as a Building Surveyor (MRICS)</li> <li>At least 3+ years PQE working as a Building Surveyor.</li> <li>A proven track record in ensuring business operational and financial targets are met.</li> <li>Strong understanding of all Building Consultancy disciplines.</li> <li>Good people management skills.</li> <li>Attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability.</li> <li>Ability to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions &amp; recommendations.</li> <li>A full UK driving licence.</li> <li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software and Microsoft packages.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Salary Budgets:</strong> £65-74,000 Basic Salary<br /> Car Allowance Provided, Bonus Scheme, Plus numerous other benefits</p> <p><strong>Required working hours:</strong> Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm &#8211; THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING</p> <p>If you a a Chartered Building Surveyor then we want to hear from you ASAP to discuss your suitability for this role.
