<p>We’re currently recruiting for a <strong>General Operative</strong> to join busy and friendly teams in <strong>Dorchester</strong>. We also recruit for opportunities across <strong>West Dorset</strong>, including <strong>Weymouth, Bridport, Blandford Forum</strong> and the surrounding areas.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carrying out a variety of general production and operational duties.</li>
<li>Assisting with the manufacture, assembly or packing of products.</li>
<li>Loading and unloading materials.</li>
<li>Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required).</li>
<li>Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.</li>
<li>Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.</li>
<li>Following health and safety procedures at all times.</li>
<li>Supporting colleagues and assisting with other duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>A positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team and independently.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual.</li>
<li>Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and develop new skills.</li>
</ul>
