Responsibilities as the Reception Supervisor…
Supporting the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the reception team
Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, consistently exceeding expectations
Training, motivating and supervising the receptionists to maintain the highest standards of service
Handling guest queries and complaints with confidence and efficiency
Monitoring bookings and ensuring accurate billing and administration
