About the Role
We are delighted to be partnering once again with one of the UK’s most exclusive luxury country house hotels, nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside. They are now looking for an immaculately presented Head of Guest Services to lead their Front of House operation, ensuring every guest experiences an exceptional welcome and farewell.
You will be an experienced Front of House leader from a luxury hotel background, with excellent attention to detail, an immaculate personal presentation, and strong experience using Opera.
You must have a driving licence and your own mode of transport.

£47,000 per annum plus a 20% bonus and £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head of Guest Services…
Leading and inspiring a Front of House team of 20 to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences
Upholding impeccable standards of presentation and service across all guest touchpoints
Overseeing key guest services such as reception, guest relations, and concierge
Ensuring Opera PMS is used effectively to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction
Working closely with other departments to ensure a flawless guest journey
