We are looking to expand our team, starting as soon as possible with a: Founder Associate – Finance, Accounting & Investor Management Full-time · Garching b. München Executive Support Help CFO and finance team with day-to-day operations and challenges, ensuring smooth execution across tools and projects Manage shareholder and investor relationships Prepare board meetings, monitor KPIs and, assist with reporting People & HR: Own all HR processes in the company, including payroll, onboarding/offboarding, contract preparations, and employee requests Finance & Accounting: Assist with month-end closings, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement Identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks to free up time for high-impact work Support finance team with any ad hoc requests Your Profile "Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Strong interest in process optimization and the application of new tools Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a drive to find smarter ways to get things done Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with DATEV and Odoo is a strong plus. Open to adopting new technologies and AI tools Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required) Availability to work on-site in Garching bei München Open to a flexible schedule several times per week; ability to collaborate with the US-based team across time zone Please send us your CV and a short cover letter.
