CNC MachinistSalary: £30,000 - £38,000Location: BedfordshireWorking Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (shift flexibility may be required)Want to work on something more than repetitive batch production?This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised engineering business producing complex, high-value one-off components within an advanced manufacturing environment. Working on technically challenging projects, you'll be part of a skilled team delivering precision work where quality and attention to detail matter. No endless production runs — this is varied, bespoke engineering where every project brings something different.What you'll be doing:Setting and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machines producing bespoke precision componentsProgramming and making online adjustments directly at the machine to optimise productionReading and interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing to tight tolerancesSetting tooling, fixtures and workholding while supporting multiple projects across productionWhat they're looking for:Proven CNC machining experience within a precision engineering environmentExperience setting and operating multi-axis machinery, ideally 3 and 5-axis equipmentStrong understanding of technical drawings, machining principles and GD&TAbility to work on complex one-off or low-volume components with exceptional attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to produce highly complex one-off components used within critical engineering industries, offering varied work and the chance to be involved in projects where precision and quality are essential.If the role sounds of interest, click apply and Kieran Evans will be in contact to discuss the finer details.
