About the Role

Sales Valuer/Lister 
Pagham, Bognor Regis
OTE £65k + uncapped 
 
 
The role: 
 
Proactively prospect for new business, including outbound cold calling
Generate and convert referrals and repeat clients
Attend valuations and confidently win instructions against competitors
Handle objections and close deals at a high level
We provide all the tools, systems, and support you need — but your success will come down to your drive and ability to perform.

Experience
Experience as a Property Valuer / Lister is preferred or a Senior Neg with years of experience
OR
A strong background in sales (e.g. recruitment, car sales, B2B, telesales) with clear, proven results, with property market knowledge
 
Training & Development
