Due to growth within their Manchester office, they are now seeking an experienced property sales negotiator, to work within their award-winning team.
About the role
Working within the highly successful Manchester office, as a property sales consultant you will be responsible for selling local properties, managing the sales process from start to finish. As a 360 sales consultant, you will be responsible for the initial marketing of the properties, attending viewings, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion. You will be selling to a mixture of owner occupiers and investors, both face to face and over the telephone. Your daily tasks will be extremely varied, with much of your time being spent out of the office meeting clients, attending viewings and local property events.
