Job Description Based full-time at the TTP Campus in Melbourn, Cambs, you’ll play a central part in delivering thoughtful, well-crafted marketing across digital channels, events, and content. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, moves easily between creative work and data, and wants to help build a clear and confident brand in a fast-moving field. Responsibilities Digital Campaign Execution  Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including social, email, paid and web updates Build and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual guidelines Support campaign setup and execution within a marketing CRM/automation platform (HubSpot desirable), including segmentation, workflows/automation, performance tracking, and reporting Support paid activity execution (LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads) and work with external agencies to deliver and refine PPC campaigns Support Business Development in generating market interest, confidence and more pull to our technology and partnership Website Development & Maintenance Build, publish and maintain webpages and landing pages in WordPress Maintain website accuracy and performance through regular updates, content improvements, and basic optimisation Support on-page SEO and site hygiene including metadata updates, structure improvements, and troubleshooting formatting issues (basic HTML/CSS desirable) Content & Asset Production Create marketing assets including ads, webpages, email templates, whitepapers, presentations, and sales enablement materials Create and edit ad-hoc video and digital media content such as short promotional clips, interviews, or social snippets using the Adobe Creative Suite Produce basic artwork/layouts where needed and/or brief and coordinate external agencies to deliver high-quality collateral Support press and blog activity by helping draft and format content for release across digital channels Reporting & Performance Support Support reporting on campaign performance, web engagement, and key digital metrics to improve activity over time Carry out basic SEO and keyword research (SEMrush desirable) to support content and website improvement Qualifications You’ll bring an interest in how great communication can accelerate scientific progress and you’ll enjoy switching between creative work and structured problem solving. You’ll enjoy collaborating across teams, keeping projects organised, and using data to shape ideas. Most of all, you’ll bring a proactive, adaptable approach that helps things move forward.   Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills with exceptional attention to detail Confident building and maintaining webpages and landing pages in WordPress (Divi experience a bonus) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable, with the ability to troubleshoot layout, formatting, and web page issues Proficient across the full Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Experience using a marketing CRM/automation platform (essential) to support campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and reporting (HubSpot desirable) Familiarity with paid platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads and confidence working with external PPC agencies SEO and keyword research capability using tools such as SEMrush (desirable, not essential) Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment Analytical mindset and confidence interpreting campaign and website performance data Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, focused on delivering high-quality work efficiently This role will be a full-time on-site position at our campus in Melbourn.
