Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.<h3>How you’ll make an impact in this role </h3>Supervise the daily activities of the assigned area(s).<ul><li>Identify, observations or trends having a negative impact on the campus and assists with the development of action plans.</li><li>Conduct follow-up investigations on incident reports and analyzes incidents and conditions. </li><li>Monitor associate adherence to policies and procedures.</li><li>Oversee the training and development of staff.</li><li>Develop, coordinate, and implement shift schedules to ensure proper security coverage and protection of the Hospital. </li><li>Assist with preparing security budgets.</li><li>Maintain expenses within budget guidelines. </li><li>Assist manager with daily operation of the department including, interviewing, disciplinary actions, staff management and contract management.</li><li>Coordinate emergency drills.</li></ul><h3>What minimum requirements you’ll need </h3>Licensure / Certification / Registration:<ul><li>BLS Provider preferred.
