2nd Shift CSR

A local Mattoon company is searching for a 2nd shift CSR who will have core responsibilities in warehousing and logistics. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the CSR to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed customer service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
