<strong>FLT Drivers – Temp to Perm Opportunities</strong><br><strong>Locations: Northampton (Junction 15, M1 & Grange Park)</strong><br><strong>Pertemps are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join our expanding operations across two Northamptonshire sites, including a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse near Junction 15 of the M1. These positions offer long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunities within modern, well‑equipped logistics environments.</strong><br> <strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Valid accredited FLT Counterbalance/Reach essential</li><ul><li>Experience with an A4 ride‑on pallet stacker preferred but not essential</li><li>Flexibility to support occasional weekend work</li></ul></ul><br> <strong>Shifts & Pay </strong><strong>- Temp to Perm</strong><br><ul><li>Monday-Friday</li><ul><li>14:00–22:00 – £13.42 p/h</li><li>Overtime after 40 hours: £19.53 p/h</li></ul></ul><strong>Role Duties</strong><br><ul><li>Safe operation of FLT equipment</li><ul><li>Use of an A4 ride‑on pallet stacker (training available)</li><li>General warehouse operative duties, including manual handling</li><li>Supporting wider warehouse operations as required</li></ul></ul><strong>If you hold a valid FLT licence and are looking for a stable role with long‑term prospects across two well‑established sites, we encourage you to apply.</strong>
