• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) 4-7 years of experience with historic preservation projects Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Knowledge of Secretary of Interior Standards Understanding of historic building materials and construction methods Excellent research and documentation skills

• Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure Graduate certificate in Historic Preservation Experience with tax credit projects and historic surveys
