Position SummaryWe are seeking a Scheduler I to coordinate and schedule maintenance and construction resources in a fast-paced utility environment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure work is scheduled efficiently while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate schedules.ResponsibilitiesSchedule maintenance and construction work for field personnel. Coordinate work assignments and resource availability. Communicate with customers, field crews, and internal departments. Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Update and maintain scheduling information. Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure work is completed according to established timelines. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication. Qualifications0-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: Customer Service Meter Services Scheduling Dispatching Primavera P6 scheduling experienceExperience scheduling maintenance or construction resources preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with multiple departments and levels of leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. PreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree. Utility or construction industry experience.  Must-HavesLiving within 5-20 miles of The Woodlands, TX 0-4 years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or meter service experience Strong communication and organizational skills Experience coordinating schedules or resources Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
