<p><strong>Business Analyst needed in SSouthampton Paying £24.46 per hr ref 5300072</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Gather, document, analyse, and challenge business and system requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct process reviews, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and service transformation.</li>
<li>Analyse and interpret data, producing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Define benefits, KPIs, success measures, and reporting frameworks.</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to capture requirements and build consensus.</li>
<li>Produce process maps, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and business readiness materials.</li>
<li>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support implementation activities.</li>
<li>Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Support project delivery by providing analysis, risk assessment, and progress reporting.</li>
