Bilingual Service Technician

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Technician to join our team. This role involves working in the field assisting with service, installation, and light fabrication work while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors, have basic hand tool knowledge, and be eager to learn new technical skills such as sewing and fabrication. Skills and Experience Responsibilities Travel to job sites and assist with field service and installation work Use basic hand tools to complete service and repair tasks Communicate professionally with customers during service visits Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and project completion Learn sewing and fabrication techniques as part of on-the-job training Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Valid Arizona Driver’s License Clean driving record Reliable transportation to work Basic knowledge of hand tools Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn sewing and fabrication skills (training provided)
