Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time Location: Cascade, Washington (Seattle Area) A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its collaborative outpatient team in Cascade, Washington. This is a patient-centered, team-based environment focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse community. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Position Overview • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan • Manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and preventive care • Conduct routine check-ups, wellness visits, and health screenings • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers • Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver high-quality patient outcomes • Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and care coordinators in a team-based setting • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems • Focus on preventive care and long-term patient relationships This role is ideal for a physician seeking a balanced outpatient practice with strong clinical support and an emphasis on continuity of care.
