In this role, you will combine benefits expertise, analytical skills, and operational discipline to ensure our plans are administered accurately, remain compliant, and continuously improve. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience while supporting core benefits initiatives across the organization.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0px 0px 12px;">This is a Hybrid position in Dallas, not a remote role.</p><hr><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0px 0px 12px;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="margin:0in 0px 12px;padding:revert;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Support day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and wellness programs.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Contribute to annual open enrollment, plan renewals, and employee communications to deliver a seamless and consistent experience.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Analyze benefits data and develop dashboards and reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Track vendor performance, service metrics, and contractual obligations to drive accountability and improved outcomes.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Ensure ongoing compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and applicable federal and state regulations.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Assist with audits, regulatory filings, and updates to plan documents, SPDs, plan amendments, and summary materials.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Maintain and enhance internal processes, standard operating procedures, and benefits documentation.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data accuracy, and improve overall employee satisfaction.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Respond to employee benefit inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure clean data, accurate integrations, and operational excellence.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the health and welfare benefits function.</li></ul><hr><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0px 0px 12px;"><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul style="margin:0in 0px 12px;padding:revert;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">2–4 years of progressive experience in employee benefits, HR operations, or Total Rewards.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Strong understanding of health and welfare benefit plans and related regulatory requirements.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS and benefits administration systems.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:1.25;">A proactive mindset with a commitment to improving processes, controls, and the employee experience.</li></ul><hr><h4 style="color:rgb(37, 37, 37);font-family:inherit;font-size:revert;font-style:normal;font-weight:revert;margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;">About Us</h4><p style="margin:0px 0px 12px;">Here at Baylor Scott & White Health we promote the well-being of all individuals, families, and communities.
