Call-Out: £125 standby (1-in-4 rotation)

Overview
We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, well maintained static site in West London.
This role offers stability, a clean working environment, weekday shifts only and a fair callout rota.
Perfect for an electrically skilled engineer who enjoys varied building services work and wants long?term security.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the site
- Fault finding on lighting, power, distribution boards and control systems
- Minor electrical repairs, replacements and upgrades
- Support mechanical/fabric tasks when required
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements
- Participate in the 1?in?4 call?out rota (with standby payment)
What You’ll Need
- Strong electrical background within building services
- 18th Edition or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Experience handling electrical maintenance in commercial environments
- Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently on a static site
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
