<p>We’re working with one of London’s most highly regarded independent agencies who hold the relationship for many, soon to be household name brands. They’re well known in the market for the highly innovative work they do, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in media.</p>
<p>This position is a senior role within the team, managing the Paid Search strategy and delivery for a really varied range of different clients who are always looking out for what’s next in the industry and how can they do things differently. They’re looking for someone who has a strategic mindset but doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty in the platform initially whilst you help develop the more junior members of the team to handle that piece.</p>
<p>Naturally, experience managing a team below you is vital, you’ll be getting stuck into client briefs, developing the social strategy and always looking forward as to who are the new players and platforms in the market they can utilise. You’ll be focussing also on developing junior team members, helping their own development plans and ensuring they are tracking on course to their next promotion.</p>
<p>The role will require a very strong client management skillset, being able to get into the heart of the clients business goals and trying to figure out how you can make it happen from a media perspective. Experience across the full suite of Search platforms is highly beneficial as you’ll be fielding questions from clients externally as well as the team at the agency.</p>
