About the Role Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a variety of secondary schools in Hastings. This role is ideal for confident and proactive individuals who can support teaching and learning at a higher level, including leading small group sessions, delivering pre-planned lessons, and providing targeted support to students. You will play an important role in helping students aged 11–16 engage with their learning while supporting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
