Site Supervisor

A growing specialist contractor within the fire safety and building compliance sector is looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This role will involve supervising operatives and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with industry regulations and quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience supervising fire safety or compliance-related works.
- Background in carpentry, construction, or refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of fire doors, compartmentation, fire stopping, or passive fire protection.
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Competent with digital reporting systems and site-based technology.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations across multiple projects.
- Coordinate labour and subcontractors to achieve programme deadlines.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, inductions, and toolbox talks.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and project stakeholders.
- Support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
