Assistant Restaurant Manager Islington Up to £40,000 Package We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at one of London’s most exciting dining spots. Whether it’s lunch service, dinner trade, or buzzing weekend covers – you’ll be right at the heart of the action. The Role: Supporting the General Manager in leading the front-of-house team, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You’ll have a strong presence on the floor, build great relationships with guests, and inspire the team to hit service and sales goals.
