<p><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">We are looking for a driven <strong>Operations Manager</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>European road freight and trucking movements</strong> to lead a busy import/export operation. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape performance, drive efficiencies, and develop a high-performing team.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">As Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the transport and logistics function, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Lead and manage the full <strong>European road freight operation</strong>, including import/export movements</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Oversee <strong>customs compliance</strong> processes, ensuring all regulations are met</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Manage <strong>costings, invoicing, and quotations</strong> to maintain commercial performance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Build and maintain strong relationships with <strong>suppliers and partners across Europe</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Monitor and improve <strong>transport costs, delivery performance, and operational efficiency</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Plan routes, manifest shipments, and ensure smooth execution of all transport activities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Analyse performance data and implement improvements based on KPIs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Handle customer queries and resolve operational challenges effectively</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring high standards and engagement</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Identify opportunities for <strong>business growth and new contracts</strong></span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Strong understanding of <strong>import/export logistics and customs procedures</strong></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiency</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Calibri">Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics</span></li>
</ul>
