About the Role:

Justteachers is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a primary school in Dewsbury in September. The school is committed to providing an inclusive and engaging learning environment, with a permanent role available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support across the primary curriculum.
• Deliver targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a UK primary school.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to provide two education-based references.
