Their SPACES division specialises in high-quality exhibition stand delivery across the UK and Europe, working with a diverse portfolio of organisers, brands, and exhibitors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to take ownership of the delivery of exhibition stand build projects from concept through to completion.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, client interaction, and end-to-end project ownership.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing exhibition stand projects across multiple locations in the UK and Europe. You will oversee all stages of delivery, including planning, supplier coordination, on-site execution, and post-event review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of exhibition stand build projects across the UK and Europe

  • Attend live event sites to oversee installation, coordinate suppliers, and resolve on-site issues

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, scopes, and financial tracking (P&L)

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality delivery

  • Liaise with internal teams, venues, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, changes, and challenges

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and relevant industry standards

  • Conduct post-event reviews with clients and internal teams to support continuous improvement

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience managing exhibition stand design and build projects

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously in fast-moving environments

  • Confident managing suppliers and external partners

  • Proficient in project planning tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms

  • Willing and able to travel regularly across the UK and Europe

Personal Attributes:

  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure

  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented with a commercially aware mindset

  • Team player who is also confident working independently

  • Committed to delivering a high standard of client service
