Lettings Negotiator Salford, Manchester Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 basic (DOE) + Commission The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and busy independent agency. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and rewarding lettings environment. You’ll be joining a supportive team where input will be recognised and rewarded. Key Responsibilities Managing inbound enquiries and applicant registrations Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and supporting tenancy progression Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation Coordinating check-ins and move-ins Carrying out property inventories and routine inspections Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants About You Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in residential lettings Strong communication and organisational skills Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone Good working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Experience with Alto CRM (desirable) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What’s on Offer From £25,000 – £27,000 basic salary DOE with commission Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development
