Auto Electrician Location: Bradford Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday – DAYS The Role of the Auto Electrician We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join a busy PSV engineering team maintaining and repairing modern buses and coaches. This is a great opportunity to work on a varied fleet in a safety-critical environment where quality and reliability matter. Key Responsibilities of the Auto Electrician Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on PSV (buses & coaches) Repair and replacement of wiring looms Working on CANbus systems CCTV, destination equipment & telematics systems Lighting systems, battery systems & charging faults Diagnosing multiplex electrical systems Supporting MOT preparation & vehicle inspections Working to DVSA standards What the Auto Electrician needs: Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (PSV, HGV or commercial vehicles) Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience working with CANbus & multiplex systems Ability to read wiring diagrams City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Electrical Systems (desirable) Own tools preferred Full UK Driving Licence (PCV licence beneficial but not essential) If you are Interested in the role of Auto Electrician, then please apply today.
