About the Role
Move beyond month end.This is a commercially focused role supporting live residential development schemes from appraisal through to sale. You will partner directly with Development, Construction and Sales teams across a portfolio of c.15 projects - owning forecasts, tracking spend and supporting board level decisions where costs move beyond approved limits.What you will be doing:Project accounting across live development schemesBudgeting forecasting and variance analysisCashflow tracking at scheme levelPartnering with PMs Surveyors and Sales teamsSupporting appraisal models and board papersYou will need:ACA or ACCA finalist or qualifiedStrong management accounting fundamentalsConfidence working with non finance stakeholdersProperty or construction exposure helpful not essentialWhy apply:1 to 2 days in office35 hour working week28 days annual leave + bank holidaysClear internal progression into Finance Manager rolesCommercial exposure to live schemes
