About the Role
<p style="margin: 0px;">PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">Plan, implement and coordinate the clinical services offered by the facility.</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results. Develop plans for improvement as needed.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes as appropriate.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Represent the company at meetings in the community.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Collaborate with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work environment.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards as well as standards of funding agencies and licensing boards.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Psychiatric Nursing required.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Five or more years’ experience in behavioral health services with clinical experience with all target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD) required.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Three or more years’ supervision experience required.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Management or administration experience and/or three years work experience in Utilization Management required.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;">LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Meet DWMHA credentialing requirements for professional practice Masters Level licensed behavioral health professional as QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) CMHP (Child Mental Health Professional), and QMRP. </p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Must possess a full license in one of the following disciplines: LLP/LP, LPC, LMSW, NP/RN.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· First aid may be required based on state or facility.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span>We are committed to</span><span> providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</span></p>
