Warehouse Line Leader

We are seeking a proactive candidate to join the Warehouse Line Leader role in Wisbech, PE13 2RN. Pay rates and typical working hours: Sun-Wed / Tue rotation 4 days in, 3 days off, then 3 days in, 4 days off Training: £13.60 per hour Post-training: £14.60 per hour Duties as a Warehouse Line Leader Manage, motivate, and train Warehouse Operatives to ensure tasks are understood and completed efficiently in line with Company policies Ensure all customer orders are picked and loaded accurately according to requirements Conduct and document all relevant checks in compliance with Company and legislative standards Communicate effectively with internal departments (Production, Planning, QA) and external partners (third-party hauliers) to resolve issues promptly Ensure all areas of responsibility comply with business, legal, and customer requirements, addressing any breaches immediately Ensure pickers and FLT drivers adhere to Company procedures at all times Skills & Competencies Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Excellent communication and numeracy skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is essential CV required for the interview process.
