Senior Data Engineer

On top of this they are currently undergoing a global digital transformation, and unifying their health-tech ecosystem As a Senior Data Engineer joining the business you will get the chance to leverage your experience to solve “human” problems to continue the push for both patient care and health services. (As well as get involved in very interesting greenfield work!) You will be responsible managing the existing ecosystem, helping to build their new platform, as well as being a key player in the delivery of a large data platform migration. Finally you’ll also be leading from the front, assisting the lead Data Engineer in the management of the team. Remote first role with 1 or 2 visits per month to their office in Bristol or London. Responsibilities: Help build a brand new data ecosystem. Help coach and develop the current Data Engineering team, taking ownership of decisions and engaging with stakeholders. Help Shape current Data Engineering standards and practices, as well as building the strategy roadmap for the future . Necessary experience: Strong Data Engineering experience, snowflake experience is a must. Experience managing or mentoring small teams. Hands on experience with data pipeline development.
