Overview
We are seeking a DevSecOps Architect to lead the design and integration of security across large-scale HPC, AI/ML, and cloud environments.
This role sits at the intersection of security engineering, identity, and platform architecture, focused on embedding security into compute, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving secure-by-design practices across complex, multi-tenant environments.
Key Responsibilities
•Design and implement DevSecOps frameworks integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and platform engineering workflows
•Lead IAM strategy including SSO, RBAC, ABAC, federation (SAML/OIDC), and Zero Trust models
•Secure Kubernetes environments (policy enforcement, runtime security, workload isolation, OPA)
•Embed security across compute, storage, networking, and cloud platforms supporting HPC/AI workloads
•Partner with engineering teams to operationalize security automation, compliance, and governance
•Support multi-tenant security models, segmentation, and access controls at scale
•Act as a senior technical advisor across architecture, design reviews, and customer engagements
Required Experience
•Strong experience in DevSecOps and security engineering within cloud or distributed systems
•Deep expertise in IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, federation, Zero Trust)
•Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and containerized environments
•Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
•Background supporting large-scale, multi-tenant platforms
Preferred
•Experience with HPC, AI/ML, or high-performance compute environments
•Familiarity with tools such as OPA, Vault, container security platforms
•Strong scripting or coding skills (Python, Go, etc.)
•Experience in customer-facing or advisory roles
