The pay for this position starts at $24.75/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $29.21/hour.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The schedule for this position is Sunday 7am-10pm, Monday & Tuesday 12pm-10pm & Wednesday 5pm-10pm
Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.
As a Campus Coordinator, you will:
Exhibit leadership and communication skills while working with other dedicated human services professionals.
Be responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours.
Serve as the primary coordinator of resources and communication, including on call notifications and consultation.
Proactively manage the safe operations of campus, and respond to immediate issues and concerns.
Coordinate residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization.
Drive/transport youth as needed.
Remain on shift or assist in programs as needed to ensure safety and maintain regulated staff to youth ratios.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Active driver’s license is required.
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.
Three years related experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
