Job Title: Maintenance Painter – £35,000 + Overtime + Static Site

Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator looking for a stable, long-term role on a static commercial site?
We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Painter to join an on-site facilities team in Liverpool, covering three nearby buildings with strong contract stability and a well-established team.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive painting and decorating
- Internal and external painting across commercial buildings
- Surface preparation, patch repairs and touch-ups
- Supporting general fabric maintenance across site
- Working alongside the wider maintenance team
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (day shift)
- Call-out rota: 1 in 4 (moving to 1 in 8)
- Low call-out volume (approx. one per week)
Requirements
- Experience in painting and decorating within a commercial or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to carry out minor fabric repairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
