About the Client Our client is an international fintech company operating in the payments and PSP infrastructure space. The company supports businesses with banking and payment system onboarding, including cases involving enhanced compliance requirements. The team is expanding its onboarding operations function to ensure smooth and well-structured documentation processes. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Specialist to support banking and PSP onboarding processes. You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation required by banks and compliance teams. The role involves structured document work, coordination with internal teams, and gaining practical knowledge of how banking onboarding works in real cases. This is an entry-level to early-career position with strong learning potential in fintech compliance and operations.
