The company supports businesses with banking and payment system onboarding, including cases involving enhanced compliance requirements. The team is expanding its onboarding operations function to ensure smooth and well-structured documentation processes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Specialist to support banking and PSP onboarding processes. You will assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation required by banks and compliance teams. The role involves structured document work, coordination with internal teams, and gaining practical knowledge of how banking onboarding works in real cases.
This is an entry-level to early-career position with strong learning potential in fintech compliance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients in collecting and organizing required onboarding documents
Assist in reviewing documentation based on bank and compliance checklists
Edit and format documents to meet submission standards
Prepare template-based letters and confirmations when needed
Perform basic pre-submission checks under team guidance
Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation updates
Use AI tools and document editors to improve efficiency
Requirements
Experience in compliance, legal support, operations, or other document-heavy roles
Good knowledge of Word / Google Docs, Excel / Google Sheets, and PDF editors
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work extensively with documentation
Ability to understand structured requirements and follow checklists
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for document support
