Senior Quantity Surveyor

<strong>Senior Quantity Surveyor | Commercial Manager | Building - London </strong> <em><strong>Up to £550 per day shift – 18 months – Project Based </strong></em> This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with a development organisation who are acting in a developer/contractor capacity on a new build hotel project in London. The requirement is for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / who is looking to a longer-term assignment. You will be responsible for representing the client’s interests, preparing cost plans, procurement and appointment of specialist subcontractors and the day-to-day commercial duties on a live project to ensure it is delivered to budget. You will be qualified to degree level (BSc Quantity Surveying) and could be from either a consultancy or traditional contracting background (tier 1 or 2). The prerequisite is previous commercial management experience on new build projects in either the commercial, residential or hospitality sector, with values in excess of £50m.
