Fully Remote in The UK
£80,000-£90,000
A high-growth, product-led digital gambling business is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape how data drives commercial, customer, and product decision-making across the organisation. This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s most exciting scale-up environments; a business redefining its market through modern product thinking, strong branding, and a genuinely data-driven culture. Having recently secured significant Series C funding, the company is entering a major growth phase and analytics sits right at the centre of that journey!
The Company

They operate with the speed and ambition of a true scale-up environment: high ownership, fast decision-making, and a strong emphasis on impact over process. Analytics is viewed as a key commercial function internally, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading teams.
The Role
This is a highly commercial Senior Analyst position focused on helping the business make smarter decisions through customer, product, and commercial insight. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
* Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation, and lifecycle performance
* Supporting CRM and growth initiatives through insight and analytics
* Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through data
