If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. 2. Description of Service RemoteStar provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform that enables candidates to practice interviews, receive feedback, build verified profiles, and connect with potential employers. The Platform includes features such as mock interviews, AI-generated feedback, resume analysis, and public candidate profiles. 3. Account Registration To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete registration information Maintain the security of your account credentials Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account 4. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including resumes, interview responses, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant RemoteStar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Platform's services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share such content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others. 5. AI-Generated Content The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate interview feedback, scores, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. RemoteStar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should use your own judgment when relying on AI-generated feedback. 6. Credits and Payments Certain features of the Platform require credits. Credits may be purchased or earned through the Platform. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following: All purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe) Credits are non-transferable and may only be used on the Platform Refund policies are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase RemoteStar reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time 7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity Share your account credentials with third parties 8. Intellectual Property The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the property of RemoteStar and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. RemoteStar's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RemoteStar in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 10. Termination RemoteStar may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect. 11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 12.
