<li><span><span><span><span>Generate customer invoices by working with inventory and job data within the ERP system</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Verify job and billing details with internal locations and departments</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Perform cash applications and maintain accurate AR aging reports</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Conduct collections activities and follow up on outstanding receivables according to contract terms</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned</span></span></span></span></li>

<span><span><span><b>Qualifications</b></span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span><b>2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience</b>, ideally within a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven environment</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Strong problem-solving skills; able to resolve issues even when information is incomplete</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Experience using <b>ERP systems</b> such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Must be able to work <b>on‑site in Gainesville/Haymarket area 5 days per week</b></span></span></span></span></li>
