From multiple locations in the southern Netherlands, the business works closely with international colleagues across Europe within a fast‑growing group with clear expansion ambitions. Functie You combine hands‑on treasury operations with planning, analysis and process improvement. You work closely with accounting, FP&A, banks and international stakeholders. Coordinate daily treasury operations including payments, collections and bank transactions Monitor liquidity, bank balances and intercompany transfers Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports Manage loans, interest, fees and debt service obligations Perform and review bank reconciliations and ensure correct accounting entries Support financing processes for investments, acquisitions and growth projects Improve treasury processes, controls and banking structures Profiel You are structured, analytical and comfortable operating in an international finance setting. You are able to manage complexity, safeguard accuracy and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar 3-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance Strong experience with banking platforms and payment systems Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP is a strong advantage) Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (B2-C1 level) Aanbod You will join a small, close‑knit finance team with short decision lines and a strong international interface.
