Site Fitter/Engineer needed to start work immediately after a successful interview. The company are based in Dinnington S25 and specialise in Engineering and Rail depot services. Your role will involve travelling Nationwide to London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes  and Scotland.   Benefits Although the majority of work will be site work you will be required to attend at our base site for assembly tasks and planning etc when required. 33 days holiday after 12 worked weeks pre 12 weeks 28 days Basic pay of £17.00ph Overtime paid after 37.5 worked hours at £25.50ph Opportunities for a permanent contract in the future   Duties of a Site Fitter Assisting the Site Engineer in maintenance works and driving the works van Maintaining carriage wash systems around different areas nationally including London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and possibly Scotland. Changing gearboxes, motors, bearings, pumps and repairing pipe work Re-brushing the machines on site and setup on site in Sheffield Monthly maintenance visits Some electrical works e.g. wiring gearboxes, replacing switches and basic fault finding would be advantageous Overnight will be required on some jobs funded by the company Mainly working outdoors Work can sometimes be smelly due to nature of some of the tasks working on sewage equipment /pipes Clearing blockages and pumps Repairing, and installing pipework/valves/sensors etc
