Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, staffing, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet deadlines
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
- Train and develop warehouse associates
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal departments
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills (WMS, Excel, email, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience
- Logistics or supply chain background
- MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE AND WORK HISTORY
