About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Support and DOC Controller to provide comprehensive support in proposal preparation, pricing integration, contract documentation, and project closure activities. ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our growing Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation Team (LPMR). Responsibilities: Support progress and finance reviews, including time tracking, budget management, and rate checks. Prepare weekly or monthly project updates. Assist Project Manager in providing contract evidence for out-of-scope activities requested by the client Edit and format project documents, ensuring consistency and quality. Perform translations using specific tools when required. Assist in preparing proposals, including case studies, archiving references, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools). Support integration of pricing into proposals (e.g., converting ERM pricing tool into Client tools). Logistical arrangements and support on HS documents and tracking near misses or incidents. Upload proposals to ERM tools (Commercial Hub). Create flyers or case studies of completed projects for future proposals. Interact with PM and Finance for uploading contracts in the Contract Repository. Manage project closure checklist execution and archive related documents. Create flyers or case studies of completed projects for future proposals Additional Responsibilities: Experience in Prepare and issue invoices, confirm approvals, and escalate issues. Follow up on payments (where not handled by AP). Prepare monthly reports and support presentation development. Experience supporting project scheduling for proposals Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). The knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch will be considered as plus.
