About the Role
YOU WILLDevelop and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure and enhance Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting (ATS), Compensation, Absence.
Build advanced reports using Workday Reporting, BIRT, Prism Analytics.
Support data loads, transformations, and mass updates.
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Workday best practices.

MUST HAVEExperience with Workday HCM and at least one additional module (Recruiting, Talent, Compensation).
Hands on experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON.
Experience with Workday Reporting and BIRT.
Ability to work independently and support high volume HR processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
