Role Impact:
This role supports daily warehouse and administrative operations by preparing temperature-sensitive shipments and maintaining accurate documentation for export. Success is defined by accurate shipment processing, strict adherence to cold chain handling standards, timely system updates, and consistent support of customer packaging needs. The position requires equal focus on physical warehouse tasks and computer-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare packing supplies and process live shipments returned for export
• Review and follow temperature-handling instructions to preserve product integrity (Cold Chain Management)
• Refurbish and configure reusable gel pack packaging systems
• Verify shipment paperwork, complete replenishment requirements, and secure cargo space via internal booking systems
• Monitor “On-Hold” shipments, shared email accounts, and follow-up notes to ensure timely action
• Complete daily operational reports using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
• Operate pallet jack and assist with packaging and cold chain replenishment as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and required training

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Less than 1 year of related work experience; logistics or cold chain handling preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in both warehouse and office environments

Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Excel (data entry, shipment tracking, reporting)
• Internal shipment processing and tracking systems
• Email platforms (personal and shared inbox management)
• Triose or similar cargo booking systems

Preferred Skills
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or export coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to read and interpret shipment documentation and temperature-handling instructions

Legal Notice
This position requires working in both warehouse and office settings. Associates may be temporarily exposed to refrigerated environments, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers, while handling temperature-sensitive goods. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs is required.
