About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Financial Services Administrator to support a busy financial services team in Harrogate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and good attention to detail and ideally a financial services background.
Key Responsibilities as Temporary Financial Services Administrator:
Processing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
Updating internal systems and databases
Assisting with reports, compliance checks and general office support
Requirements:
Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Good communication skills
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
